Class Ratio: Our classes are very small and our infants class ratio averages 2 infants to each provider. Since most infants nap for extended periods, the ratio fluctuates and babies often get over an hour of one-on-one time every day. An additional teachers aide is available during the average “active” times of the day, so there's always someone available to hold, feed, change or play with your baby - every minute of the day.

Qualified Teachers: Our infant teacher has been working with infants and early childhood ages for over 5 years now. She is completing her early childhood education degree after hours, but focused her first 2 years of education on infant and toddler care. Our other teachers include a veteran Smart Program Volunteer (reading focused) and an oregon state qualified early childhood education teacher.
