Your baby changes every day. That's why we want you to
be involved with daily updates on your baby's daily activities,
developmental changes and milestones. We have a comprehensive
communication system to support our partnership with you.
Daily Reports: We will provide you with a daily
report of your infants daily feedings, activities and diaper
changes. These records will help you to better understand
your child and encourage communication between the parent
and the teachers when problems need to be solved. For example,
if your child isnt sleeping well at night, it could
be because they are taking too late of a nap. Naps are often
easy to slowly adjust for children in our care.
Progress Reports: Every month in a baby's life
is full of changes: what they are eating, how mobile they
are, how they recogonize people around them, etc. As new
stages are reached we document and observe your baby's growth
so you stay informed. We use a "Baby Steps" monthly
tracking system that helps us to note those important changes.
Most major growth steps don't occur in the daycare, though.
Your baby is most comfortable with you and will undoubtably
make most of those changes with you.
Your findings are extremely important to for these reports
to accurately reflect your baby's progress. We encourage
parents to communicate with us if they are seeing changes
in their baby. Their first bite of solid food, first steps,
first words. As new stages are reached we encourage parents
to email us the news.
We document and observe your baby's growth so you stay informed
and incorporate your findings into our summaries.

Email is also useful for communicating other delicate subjects.
This may include changes in the infants behaviors, schedule
changes, billing questions, etc.
